Ananteshwar Temple stands on a plateau in the Seizan Mountains and guards the nexus of positive magic, one of Myoo’s two magical nexuses. Its origins are uncertain, and the exact date of its construction is unknown. The Creator himself is believed to have built it, presumably between the First and Second Eras, calling upon some of the earliest mages to become Mage Priests.
The complex is surrounded by walls covered in ancient symbols representing knowledge, balance, and spiritual evolution, the principles that guide the lives of the Mage Priests. Large, dark wooden double doors open onto a spacious inner courtyard, paved with gray stone slabs bearing patterns of circles, lines, and symbols. Stone lanterns flank the path toward the broad staircase leading to the sanctuary.
The main building is flanked by two tall, square towers of pale gray stone, decorated with dark bands and golden symbols. The central structure is built from large, carefully worked blocks covered in symbols and runes that radiate a strong magical presence. Imposing columns of dark marble veined with gold support the tiered roof, clad in dark tiles and adorned with golden friezes. To the right of the sanctuary stand several smaller buildings used as dormitories by the Mage Priests.
The presence of the nexus of positive magic makes Ananteshwar a place of particular importance to Myoo, but its history is also tied to an invention that transformed communication.
During the Third Era, Mage Priest Denwarin created the Magic Denwa Orb within the temple itself. His invention made communication over long distances possible and changed the way people could stay in touch, linking the names of Denwarin and Ananteshwar to the history of Myoo’s magical artifacts.
