Mage Priests are a distinct order of mages who devote their lives to the study of magic and the guardianship of Myoo’s ancient temples. Their knowledge, passed down through countless generations, has made them among the foremost scholars of the magical arts.
Their order is divided between two great temples: Ananteshwar Temple, built in the Seizan Mountains to the east, and Shukaisen Temple, located on Kaishō Island to the west. No one knows the true origins of these sacred places. According to ancient legend, they were built by the Creator himself at the dawn of the world.
Mage Priests are renowned for their mastery of magical artifacts and their profound understanding of magical minerals. Many of the most treasured creations in Myoo’s history—including the Denwa Magic Spheres, the Protection Pendant, and countless other magical artifacts—owe their existence to the ancient techniques preserved within their temples.
Beyond preserving magical knowledge, the Mage Priests safeguard traditions whose original meaning has gradually faded over the ages. Even today, they continue to watch over their temples, protecting a legacy of wisdom that stretches back to the world's very beginning.
